Welcome to Salt & Light Therapy Studio ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, booking appointments, or purchasing memberships, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Bookings
  • •We offer halotherapy (salt cave), red light therapy, infrared/traditional saunas, cold plunge, and related wellness services at 1573 154th Ave NW, Andover, MN 55304.
  • •Bookings are made via our website or Square Appointments. Single services are pay-per-use; memberships provide unlimited access as specified.
  • •All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule with notice.
2. Membership Policies
  • •Memberships (e.g., $99 Sauna & Plunge, $149 Salt Basic, $199 Recovery Plus, $279 Full VIP, $300 Family Health) are month-to-month, auto-renewing, and cancel anytime after 30 days' notice.
  • •Billing: Charged monthly via Square on your sign-up date. No refunds for partial months.
  • •Unlimited access: Subject to fair use (e.g., 1 session/day per service; no-shows may incur fees). Family plans cover 2 adults + children under 18 in household.
  • •Cancellation: Email info@saltandlightmn.com. Access ends at billing cycle close. Canceled members may book singles but not unlimited.
  • •Towel service add-on ($15–$25/mo): Unlimited fresh towels; cancel anytime.
3. Payments & Refunds
  • •All payments via Square (credit card/ACH). We don't store card info.
  • •Refunds: Singles refundable up to 24 hours before; no refunds for memberships or used services.
  • •Doorbusters/Intro Offers: Limited-time; non-refundable after use.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimers
  • •Our services are complementary wellness practices, not medical treatments. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, with heart conditions, or respiratory/skin issues.
  • •Potential risks: Mild coughing, skin dryness, or temporary discomfort from salt/sauna/plunge. By participating, you assume all risks and waive claims against us.
  • •Age: 18+ for most services; children 5+ with adult supervision (waiver required).
5. Liability Waiver
  • •You release Salt & Light, its owners, and staff from all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from services. Use at your own risk.
  • •We are not liable for lost/stolen items—use lockers at your risk.
6. Cancellation/No-Show Policy
  • •Cancel 24 hours before for full refund/credit. Late cancels/no-shows: Full charge (singles) or membership session deduction.
7. Privacy
  • •We collect info for bookings/payments (via Square). We don't share without consent. See our Privacy Policy on website.
8. Changes & Termination
  • •We may update Terms/prices with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • •We reserve the right to terminate memberships for policy violations.
9. Governing Law
  • •Governed by Minnesota law. Disputes resolved in Anoka County courts.
