These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website http://www.saltandlightmn.com and your participation in services offered by S&L's Salt and Light Therapy Solutions LLC dba Salt & Light ("Salt & Light," "we," "us," or "our") at our studio in Andover, Minnesota.

By using our website, booking services, purchasing a membership or pass, or visiting our studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
  • •Salt & Light offers halotherapy (salt cave), red light therapy, infrared sauna, traditional/Finnish sauna, cold plunge, and related wellness services. All services are subject to availability and our studio policies.
2. Memberships, Passes & Bookings
  • •All bookings, memberships, and passes are managed through our platform, WellnessLiving.
  • •Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • •You are responsible for managing your own bookings and cancellations through your WellnessLiving account.
  • •We reserve the right to modify pricing, packages, and membership terms with reasonable notice.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
  • •Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment through WellnessLiving.
  • •Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session price.
  • •Memberships may be paused or canceled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
  • •All clients must complete and sign our online liability waiver before their first visit. By participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the waiver, including the assumption of risk for activities involving heat, cold, salt therapy, and red light therapy. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will inform staff of any health conditions or concerns.
5. Health & Safety
  • •You agree to follow all studio rules, posted guidelines, and staff instructions. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who appears unwell or unable to safely participate.
6. Payments
  • •All payments for services, memberships, and passes are processed securely through WellnessLiving and authorized third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our systems.
7. User Accounts
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WellnessLiving account login information and for all activity under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
  • •All content on this website and our branding (including the Salt & Light name and logo) are the property of S&L's Salt and Light Therapy Solutions LLC and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • •To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt & Light and its owners, staff, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
10. Governing Law
  • •These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Anoka County, Minnesota.
11. Changes to Terms
  • •We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
