Official Rules and Conditions

SALT & LIGHT MN VIP MEMBERSHIP SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

Salt & Light MN ("Sponsor"), located at 1573 154th suite 103, Andover, MN. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Salt & Light MN, its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CDT on August 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on November 22, 2026 ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter. Limit: One (1) entry per person per method, plus bonus entries as described below. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses or identities will be disqualified.

A. Purchase Entry (Sign Up for Membership)

Sign up for any membership at Salt & Light MN (including the Founders Package or regular monthly/annual plans) during the Entry Period. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing.

B. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard or letter with your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words "Salt & Light MN VIP Sweepstakes Entry" to:

All free entries must be postmarked by November 20, 2026, and received by November 22, 2026. One entry per person.

C. Referral Bonus Entries

For every person you refer who signs up for and uses any paid membership or service at Salt & Light MN during the Entry Period (and provides your name/email as the referrer), you will receive one (1) additional bonus entry. The referred person must complete their first paid session or membership payment. Referrals must be genuine and not from the same household. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all referrals.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) full year of VIP Membership at Salt & Light MN (approximate retail value $1,800–$3,500 depending on exact VIP tier). The VIP Membership includes unlimited access to halotherapy (salt cave), red light therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and related services as defined in the current membership terms.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Membership begins upon winner notification and activation. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 25, 2026, from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days. Winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (if applicable) publicity release. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts the integrity of the promotion.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Salt & Light MN, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
  • This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification.
  • Winner's name may be posted on Salt & Light MN's website, social media, or marketing materials (unless winner opts out in writing).

8. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Salt & Light MN VIP Sweepstakes Winner List, 1573 154th Ave NW, Andover, MN 55304 after December 1, 2026. Requests must be received by January 15, 2027.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected will be used only to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Salt & Light MN's Privacy Policy.
